Q: How can I get in touch?

Q: What if I don’t like the item when it arrives?

You can return your item within 14 days of purchasing it.

 

Q: Are my details secure if I purchase products via the website?

We use 128bit SSL encryption to protect your data. When you’re entering details you should be able to see a small padlock symbol in the top right hand corner, which means that SSL is working correctly and that your data is protected. If you still have concerns please send us an email at sales@av150.co.uk and we'll be happy to help.

 

Q: How will you use my details?

Be reassured that your personal data will never be distributed or sold to any 3rd parties. It is fully protected and secure.

 

Q: How long will I have to wait for my product?

Orders placed and processed the same day, will be delivered the next working day (Monday-Friday, excluding Bank Holidays).

 

Q: Can you deliver to an alternative address?

We are only able to do this on orders placed via the website. When purchasing a product, you can specify an alternative delivery address after being identified as the cardholder for the billing address.

 

Q: Can I specify an exact time for delivery?

As a 3rd party makes the deliveries, we cannot schedule deliveries for specific times.

 

Q: What happens if my product is damaged upon delivery?

Please check the item when the courier delivers it. If any of the boxes are damaged, or looks to have been opened, or tampered with, it is important you note this down on the courier sheet. This way we can reclaim monies from the courier company and replace an item, which has been damaged during delivery. If you do not do this, we may not be able to replace the item(s).

 

 Q: How quickly do I need to report damaged /missing / incorrect items?

Please report any problems with received items within 48 hours of delivery.

 

Q: What do I do if I haven’t received my item?

You need to inform us within 5 days of the delivery date if you have not received your item. If you do not communicate this to us within the timeframe, we cannot accept liability. If you think your delivery should have arrived, please email us at sales@av150.co.uk

 

Q: How do I return a faulty product?

In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty item, please email us immediately at sales@av150.co.uk and one of customer services representatives will contact you to resolve the problem.

 

Q: How long do I have to wait for a replacement or refund?

We aim to replace or provide refunds for returned products within 2 working days. However, sometimes circumstances beyond our control can increase this.

 

Q: I have received the wrong product, what do I do?

In the unlikely event you receive the wrong item, please email us straight away at sales@av150.co.uk

 

Q: What do I do if my item becomes faulty within the Warranty Period?

In the unlikely event that an item becomes faulty after the initial 14 days, but whilst under guarantee, you are entitled to have it repaired, or, at our discretion, replaced.

 

Q: I forgot to put the RMA number on the parcel? What impact will this have?

If we receive a parcel, or returns form without reference details, you are likely to experience a delay in receiving a replacement or refund. Please therefore ensure that you write your full details on the package and include a copy of any invoices with the returned item(s).

 

Q:Are your brackets strong enough?

All our brackets have a maximum weight allowance and are guaranteed to hold up to that weight. If you require any further information on this, please contact us at sales@av150.co.uk.

 

Q:Will your brackets fit my TV?

Our brackets are guaranteed to fit the sizes stated. All our brackets are frequently tested to ensure they fit specifications for new Plasma and LCD screens launched. For any further assistance on this please contact us at sales@av150.co.uk.
